Throw bananas, milk, and honey in a blender to whip up the perfect cold brew topping! Banana milk coffee is a satisfying and healthy treat that’s surprisingly simple to put together.

  • 1 cup cold brew
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons honey to taste
  • Ice or coffee ice


  • Combine the milk, banana, and honey in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for about a minute, until the mixture is smooth.

Our recipe uses a little honey because it’s so tasty with bananas. But you can use regular white or brown sugar instead — or try something else, like agave or Stevia. Another option? Skip the sweeteners altogether! Bananas naturally have a little sugar in them, so your coffee will still be slightly sweet.
