  • 4 cups Starbucks Holiday Blend freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 2 cups 3.25% whole milk
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • Coffee maker
  • Whisk
  • Heatproof bowl
  • Frother or hand blender

1. Mix the Sugar With the Water

The first step is to put the boiling water into a heatproof bowl and add the sugar. Then, stir with a whisk until the sugar dissolves.

2. Add Your Extracts

Add the vanilla and almond extracts to the sugar water, and stir well.

3. Heat Your Milk

4. Create the Froth

  • If you can’t find the Starbucks Holiday Blend or want to try something different, we recommend Starbucks Pike Place Roast. You can also try other varieties that you enjoy. Another option is to use Starbucks Blonde Espresso.
  • You can use a microwave to create the steamed milk. First, fill a mason jar halfway with milk. Then, close it tightly, shake it to get the foam started, and microwave it a short time on high for about 30 seconds. This method is fast, but it is easy to microwave the milk too long, which will cause it to spill over and create a mess.
