You Get The Jitters

One of the first things you’ll experience when you’ve consumed too much caffeine is a feeling of jitteriness or nervousness. Caffeine speeds up your nervous system, which will make you feel a bit jumpy and nervous. You may even notice your hands shaking when they’re idle. It helps to try to relax and take deep breaths.
