(3½ tablespoons of maple syrup can be used if you want to avoid refined sugar)

Instructions
Gather all ingredients and equipment you’ll need. Make sure your blender can handle 12 cubes of ice for your drinks.
Combine your dark brown sugar, hot coffee, and vanilla extract in a tall glass, then stir until the sugar is dissolved
Add the cream to the mixture and cool for 5 minutes.
Add the mixture and the ice cubes to the blender.
Blend for 1 minute, being careful not to liquefy the ice cubes.
Pour the finished drink into serving glasses, add straws, and enjoy.
